En hälsning från Theo i Thailand

Här kommer en hälsning från Theodor Grahn som efter ungdomsåren i Habo Wolley och RIG satsar på beachvolley och tillbringar en stor del av vintern i Thailand tillsammans med sin radarpartner Linus Isaksson.
Detta är den femte artikeln med några av våra Habospelare som är ute runtom i världen och spelar på elitnivå för närvarande.

Theodor har varit en del av Habo Wolleys enormt framgångsrika 03-04-grupp som vann samtliga ungdomsmästerskap flera gånger om under sina ungdomsår. Här kommer en uppdatering från Theo.
Vill du kort presentera dig för de som inte känner dig?
- Mitt namn är Theodor Grahn.
- Just nu befinner jag mig i Thailand, närmare bestämt Slow Down på Koh Lanta.
Hur ser en träningsvecka ut för dig där du är nu och hur ofta spelar ni matcher/tävlar?
- En normal träningsvecka innebär ca 6-8 bollpass samt 2 Stretch / Breathwork pass.
- Blir även en del thaiboxning ifall kroppen orkar.
- Gymmet är eget ansvar efter behov.
Har ni några större tävlingar/matcher framför er som du ser fram emot?
- Framåt har vi en rad roliga turneringar på gång.
- Närmast väntar en nationell tour i Australien där vi har fått wildcard. Sedan väntar en världstour (future) på samma plats.
- Därefter bär det av mot Nya Zeeland där ännu en världstour väntar.
- Innan vi åker hem till Sverige i april hinner vi med 2 stora turneringar i Thailand också.
Vad gör du utanför volleybollen?
- Utanför volleybollen jobbar jag på resorten jag bor på. Främst med coachning av olika träningsgrupper och med turneringar som vi anordnar varje vecka.
- Hänger även en del på Lilla Svenska Skolan när det behövs.
Vad är ditt bästa minne från Habo Wolley?
- Mitt bästa minne från tiden i Habo är vi tog SM Guld i alla ungdomsklasser på herrsidan för första gången. Det kändes mäktigt!
